If you can’t already tell, we like to keep things simple around here. However, we do have a few rules and guidelines that we do ask that all of our clients follow - especially when it comes to our Cancellation, No Show and Refund Policy.

Our policies
ALL services are final. No refunds are available for any service. Clients have 48 hours from preformed service to address any issues and have them fixed, free of charge.
Refund Policy
In order to best accommodate all clients needs, Blink N’ Wax asks for a 12 hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Though this is not always possible, please let Blink N’ Wax know as soon as possible so that scheduling adjustments can be made. Cancellations not made 12 hours prior to appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled services cost.
Cancellation Policy
No-Show appointments will be charged 100% cost of the scheduled service. This fee will be charge to the client's credit card on file.
