PRODUCT RETURNS:
We accept returns on retail products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within
30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Opened, used, or tampered products are not
eligible for return or refund. All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
SERVICES:
All services are non-refundable. Because services are time-based and performed at the time of
appointment, no refunds will be issued for services under any circumstances.
SERVICE CORRECTIONS:
If you have a concern regarding a service, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. This
allows us the opportunity to correct or adjust the service. Corrections are offered at our discretion and
must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. No refunds will be issued, even if a correction is
declined. Failure to notify us within the 48-hour window forfeits the opportunity for a correction.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Promotional items, discounted services, memberships, and packages are final sale and not eligible for
refunds.
GIFT CARD POLICY:
Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Due to high demand and the fact that we often book 6–8 weeks out, we strongly encourage planning ahead. Expiration dates will not be extended for any reason, including limited availability or scheduling conflicts.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards may be used toward services and retail unless otherwise noted.
By purchasing or using a gift card at The Body Bar 307, the purchaser and recipient agree to these terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to best accommodate all clients needs, The Body Bar 307 asks for a 12 hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Though this is not always possible, please let The Body Bar 307 know as soon as possible so that scheduling adjustments can be made.
Cancellations not made 12 hours prior to appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled services cost.
No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
NO CHILDREN POLICY:
With massages and facials happening at the same time as your appointment, we do not allow children in your appointment.
They are allowed in the waiting area (if your appointment is under 30 minutes) IF they can be unsupervised, as we don’t have staff to watch the children.
If you need to reschedule to accommodate childcare, please reach out to reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy.
If you do bring your child (that can’t be left unsupervised), we will ask that you reschedule and will be charged for a late cancellation. (50% of the service)
